Use Latin numbers in Asian vertical text

PowerPoint uses the Yoko-Gumi command to control how Latin numbers appear in vertical text. When you create a presentation with Japanese language features enabled, Yoko-Gumi is turned on by default, and each vertical row can hold two digits. For example, "1997" appears in two rows as "19" and "97". If Yoko-Gumi is turned off, each digit appears in a separate row and is rotated 90 degrees. For example, the number "2011" appears in four rows.
